Basic info

In order to solve the problem that the floating head shell and tube graphite heat exchanger has a low allowable temperature, especially when used for heating, the new shell and tube heat exchanger produced by our company adopts a single tube packing seal, and the connection between the tube sheet and the tube bundle adopts a mechanical seal form, so that the tube bundle can move axially to reduce the stress caused by different expansion coefficients when heated. The single tube packing seal seals each graphite tube independently, allowing it to expand and contract independently. It is most suitable for heaters and evaporators (rising film and falling film evaporation), and can withstand a certain degree of rapid cooling and heating; it can also be designed and manufactured into a structure with packing seals at both ends according to user requirements or production conditions.
