The upper part of the round hole type sulfuric acid dilution cooler is the part for mixing, diluting and distributing concentrated sulfuric acid and soft water, and the middle and lower parts are cooling parts, which are the same as the round hole type graphite cooler. This type is a more advanced equipment in the concentrated sulfuric acid dilution process, which can dilute concentrated sulfuric acid above 98% to below 65% at one time, and the diluted acid can be directly cooled to below 50ºC. The device can be designed for full automatic control or supplied as a unit device according to customer needs.
